Middletown Senior Citizens Association has partnered with Grouper to offer eligible members, age 65 or older, payments for staying healthy and socially active. Through participating Medicare Advantage and Supplemental plans, Grouper provides an initial $50 check and $20 quarterly payments for ongoing activities. Ready to jump in?
